JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is for a direction to the respondent authorities to construct the Panchayat Bhawan of the Gram Panchayat Bhota Thana under Pothia Block in the head quarter mentioned in the Gazette Notification dated 08.07.1994 and for restraining the respondent authorities to construct the same

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Kishanganj for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioners, within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Kishanganj shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
