The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that one country made sixer is recovered from the possession of Sujit Kumar and three live cartridges are recovered from the possession of Ramesh Kumar. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody 23.02.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the present case on the confessional statement of co-accused. No arms is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Arms are said to

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Raushanganj P.S. case No.182 of 2018.
