2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 325 , 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. Allegation against petitioner No. 1 of snatching golden dise of Bajrang Bali worth Rs. 50,000/- and petitioner No. 2 is alleged to have snatched mobile from informant and also to made fire .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics . Though there is allegation against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39086 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 petitioner No. 2 to make fire but no one sustained injury . There is no allegation of any overt act alleged against them. Rest of the allegation is super-addition to make the case grave in nature .

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate - Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Barabar Paryatan (Vishnuganj ) P.S.
