2. Considering the nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, with the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed at this stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the reliefs claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner had earlier filed representation before the Registrar Cooperative Society (Respondent No. 2) dated 11.04.2025 (Annexure P/4 to the writ application) which still continues to

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is given to the Registrar Cooperative Society, Patna to dispose of his representation on merit after hearing the petitioner and by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within a specified time.

4. To this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the Respondent-State does not have any objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of directing the Registrar Cooperative Society to hear the petitioner and thereafter dispose of the representation dated 11.04.2025 (Annexure P/4 to the writ application) by passing a reasoned and speaking order within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is being disposed of.
