JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 The short prayer made in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent no. 4 i.e. the District Programme Officer, East Champaran at Motihari to conclude the hearing of Case No. 98 of 2017, filed by the petitioner against the private respondent no. 7 who is stated to have been appointed/selected on the post of Anganwari Sevika.

Having considered the short grievance of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the respondent no. 4 to conclude and pass the final orders in the pending Case No. 98

Patna High Court CWJC No.12203 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 of 2017, in case the final order has not already been passed, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
