JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 27-09-2016 The petitioner is said to be Headmaster of Adarsh Sanskrit High School, Chunni, in the district of Buxar. After his death son is demanding compassionate appointment. It is an ill-advised, if not misadvised, writ application which has been filed without verifying the law or Rules in this regard. The school in question is in the hands of private Managing Committee. The policy of compassionate appointment is available to Government servant does not apply to such institutions. Therefore, writ has been filed by the petitioner without understanding the law and without any law supporting such claim
