The petitioners apprehended their arrest in connection with Dariapur P.S. Case No. 282 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 447, 307, 379/504of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State, it appears that main allegation is against one Bishwakarma Thakur and not against these petitioners. It is further submitted that there is no further cogent material in the case diary, so as to rope these petitioners.
In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and also the history of litigation between the parties, let these petitioners, namely, Kartik Nath Thakur, Shubh Narayan Thakur, Rahul Bishwakarma, Ram Bhawan Thakur and Sonu Kumar @ Sonu Thakur, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariapur P.S.
