The petitioner No. 1 is the daughter whereas petitioner No. 2 is the son-in-law of the informant who apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/ 467/468/471/120(B)/323/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that out and out false and frivolous case has been made against these petitioners at the instance of some enemical circumstances. It is further submitted that no case is made out against them as the petitioners have merely sold their share of land to the informant which came down to them.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned

No.5009 of 2016 (2) dt.18-02-2016 P2/2 counsel for the State and after perusing the materials on record and also that the matter seems more to be in the nature of a family dispute and also because these petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Motihari in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 690 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
