Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324,307 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of I.P.C. was also added. The petitioner allegedly assaulted to the informant in the night of 14.01.2018 with Khanti causing injury at the head and near the pineal. Fardbeyan of the informant was recorded at PMCH on 15.01.2018 and informant died on 28.01.2018 during course of treatment.

Submission is that there is no allegation of any enmity or motive for commission of the occurrence alleged. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33876 of 2019(4) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 with Dulhin Bazar P.S.Case No.09 of 2018 pending in the court of learned A.D.J.-II, Danapur, Patna. Prayer is refused.
