JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-02-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order no. 4, dated 05.02.2016, in 4th paragraph the words "in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 44 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj" has wrongly been typed, hence, it be read as "is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 44 of 2015".

Hence, the order no. 4, dated 05.02.2016 is modified to the extent indicated above.
