This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 166 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the evidence has come to connect the petitioner with the crime of dacoity, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
