2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 310(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while the informant was returning from a marriage ceremony on his car along with his companions, in the meantime, 5-6 unknown miscreants riding on two motorcycles intercepted him near Jitan Chhapra village and looted mobile phone and cash.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name surfaced during course of investigation on the basis of confessional
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40020 of 2025(5) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 statement of co-accused Sunny Kumar. Save & except confessional statement, there is no evidence against this petitioner. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 453 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
