2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for seeking the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application,

Patna High Court CWJC No. 9524 of 2025(2) dt.20-06-2025 2/3 the petitioners have already filed a representation before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna (Respondent No. 4) which has been brought on record (at page64 of the writ application). The said representation pending before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna (Respondent No. 4) is dated 07.03.2025. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is given to the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna (Respondent No. 4) to dispose of the representation on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

4. This prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is not opposed by the learned counsels for the Respondents.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is disposing of the present writ application by directing the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna (Respondent No. 4) to dispose of the representation dated 07.03.2025 (at page-64 of the writ application) on merit after giving an opportunity of personally hearing to the petitioners, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise must

6. The Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna (Respondent No. 4) will allow the petitioners to supplement the existing representation, if the petitioners so desire to do so in support of his case.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.

8. All pending Interlocutory Applications, if any shall stand disposed of.
