The petitioners are in custody in a case registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners is that they along with other co-accused committed the murder of the husband of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioners are in custody since 19.5.2015 . Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence against the petitioners. There is no eye witness to the occurrence. Merely on the basis of suspicion the petitioners have been made accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34106 of 2015 (4) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 in this case.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Munger in Naya Ramnagar P.S.Case No. 166 of 2014.
