The present Criminal Revision application under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) has been filed against the judgment, dated 19.12.2015, passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge - III, Madhepura in Sessions Trial No. 109 of 2011.

After having held the petitioners guilty of the offence punishable under Sections 341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, learned Trial Court has given them the benefit of Probation of Offenders Act, and they have been released after due admonition. After having gone through the impugned order, I find that the same does not require any interference in revisional jurisdiction. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
