It appears that it is case of misuse of privilege of bail for which petitioner is in jail custody since 2.2.2015. The impugned order does not reflect as to when bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled and when he was taken into custody. Learned Addl. Sessions Judge has passed cryptic order without mentioning the aforesaid facts.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge VII, Aurangabad in Sessions trial no. 302A of 2012/ 212 of 2015 arising out of Daudnagar P.S. Case no. 147/2006. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
