The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with respect to petitioner No. 1 since he has been arrested.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37327 of 2022(2) dt.30-11-2022 2/3 Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition with respect to petitioner No. 1 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are in-laws family members of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners live separately from the deceased and her husband and they had no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the deceased and her husband. Moreover, the husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, except petitioner No. 1, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of
