It is case of misuse of privilege of bail for near about 12 years and therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. case no. 0020/1999 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 543/2002 pending in the court of the Addl. Sessions Judge XI, Muzaffarpur stands rejected.
However, if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the trial court itself.
