JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Korha P.S.Case No. 3 of 1996 registered u/s 279 and 337 IPC. Earlier petitioner was granted bail but he remained absent on that account his bail bond was cancelled and he remained unstressed for along period and later on he was arrested and put to trial.

Counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner would appear on each and every date and will fully cooperate in the early disposal of the case. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Visheshwar Prasad Singh @ Wisheshwar Prasad Singh is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48250 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sunil Kumar, JM., 1st Class-III, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S.Case No.3 of 1996, subject to the conditions that :

(i) one of the bailors will be wife of the petitioner and (ii) the petitioner would co-operate and if the petitioner will fail to co-operate in the proceeding of the court and will remain absent for two consecutive dates without reasonable explanation, the court will pass appropriate order, including cancellation of bail bonds.
