JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that for the protest of demolishing ridge of the land of the informant, co accused Ram Prasad Yadav, Sanjay Yadav and Sunil Yadav made assault with knife and khanti. It is alleged against the petitioners that they snatched gold locket and chain of Anil Yadav and Sunil Yadav whereas petitioner no. 3 also took away jewellery. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3693 of 2016 (2) dt.25-01-2016 2/2 that the accusation has been levelled in the background of land dispute. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The accusation of assault has not been levelled against the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No.31 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
