2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rohtas (Amjhor) P.S. Case No. 163 of 2023 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the assailant of one Vinod Ram. Vinod Ram has sustained two injuries which are simple in nature.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39205 of 2024(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas/concnered Court in connection with Rohtas (Amjhor) P.S. Case No. 163 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
