2. The present application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 01.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20071 of 2026, whereby the petitioner was granted regular bail subject to the condition that the court below shall verify the antecedent of the petitioner before accepting the bail bonds and, if the petitioner is found involved in any other case, the bail bonds shall not be accepted.

3. The prayer made in the present application, in substance, seeks review/recall of the condition incorporated in the said bail order.

4. In the opinion of this Court, this modification application is not maintainable in the eye of law.
