The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 511, 504, of the Indian Penal Code, section 3(1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Prosecution case is that the petitioner offered Rs.500/- to establish physical relationship with the informant. On refusal of the same the petitioner not only molestated the breast of the informant but also tried to ravish her and abused by calling caste name.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.298/2015, pending before the learned CJM, Muzaffarpur. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
