1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 Mr. Ashok Kumar Garg.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323,341, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 at the outset

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40627 of 2023(5) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 submits that for the present the dispute in between the petitioner no.1 and the O.P. No.2 stands resolved and the O.P. No.2 has accompanied the petitioner no.1 to her matrimonial home on 08.02.2024 and since then they are staying together and leading a peaceful conjugal life. It is further submitted that since the dispute stands resolved as such for the present the O.P. No.2 is not opposing the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the O.P. No.2, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No.1335/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
