This application has been filed assailing the order by which the learned court below has allowed the prayer on behalf of the plaintiff under Order 6 Rule 17 C.P.C. for impleading one Laxmi Devi as party in the suit. However, from the perusal of the present application it does not appear that the said Laxmi Devi who had been impleaded as party defendant in the suit by the impugned order has been impleaded as respondent in the present application. In this view of the matter, this Court finds that the present application assailing the impleadment of said Laxmi Devi as party in the suit is incompetent and the same is dismissed as such. (V.
