2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kawaiya P.S. Case No. 29 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 87 of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, minor daughter of the informant was suspected to be kidnapped by unknown for the purpose of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Daughter of the informant has not leveled any allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35326 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 against the petitioner. She herself stated that she her own will has solemnized marriage with the petitioner. There is love affair between the petitioner and the victim. Petitioner is a young boy having no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 04.02.2025. He undertakes to co-operate in the trial.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Kawaiya P.S. Case No. 29 of 2025.
