Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State. 2.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 75 of 2022, registered for offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354(B)/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to surrender before the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate-Sitamarhi in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 75 of 2022, within a period of four weeks from today and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail,

No.36741 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to hear and dispose off the regular bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day considering the fact that the present case arises out of case and counter case and a free fight had taken place in between the parties, apart from the fact that the petitioner has also been injured and has sustained injuries on the vital part of his body. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner surrenders, within a period of four weeks from today, before the learned Trial Court and files a petition for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed off on the very same day.

The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
