The grievance of the petitioner in the present application is inaction on the part of the respondents in not deciding the Arms License Case No. 94 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a practicing advocate. He applied for grant of arms license in prescribed form on 31.3.2015.

After notice, the petitioner appeared on 11.9.2018 but due to indecisiveness on the part of respondent no.2 the case of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11485 of 2019(2) dt.18-06-2019 2/2 the petitioner has not been decided as yet.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Magistrate, Samastipur to take appropriate decision in accordance with law within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
