2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 508 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the process under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has been issued.

4. In view of the recent decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and another reported in 2021 SCC Online SC 176, this second anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.

5. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the
