JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 30-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2020, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and has antecedent of one case. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant (Renu Devi) alleges that on 09.06.2020 at 10.00 P.M., her son Kundan Kumar (deceased) had gone to Karhata village in a Tilak ceremony where he was shot dead by Santosh Yadav (petitioner) along with Raju Yadav, Rajeev Yadav and Fantus

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45629 of 2021(3) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 Kumar. Further the deceased died in a way to hospital. The petitioner is alleged to be the main assailant, as such, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
