This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307 and 506 of the Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 3(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Though 12 persons have been named as accused and allegation that they fired causing injury, but, there is no specific averment that who shot and there is general allegation that accused persons fired. It is submitted that the petitioner has three cases to his credit.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mednichowki P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Rghubansh Narayan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisaria, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner, who will file affidavit to the effect that the petitioner shall not indulge in such activity further and if he
