The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Chainpur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2015 (corresponding to G.R. No. 1555 of 2015) registered for the offence under Section 47 (A) of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that his motorcycle was carried by one Shailendra Kumar and while he was moving with the motorcycle, he was carrying country-made liquor to the extent of 10 litres and he was apprehended & made accused and after about six months, when the petitioner requested for release of his motorcycle, he has been

Keeping in view the nature of accusation, let the petitioner namely Amit Kumar Sah be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S.
