2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 379, 411, 420,467, 468 IPC and Section 8 of the B.M.M.C. Rule and Section 15 of the Forest & Environment Act registered in connection with Dhan Kund P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated on the accusation that two tractors bearing registration no. BR 52G 1744 and BR 51B 3268 loaded with illegal sand was plying on the strength of fake challans. It is submitted that the petitioners express their readiness to deposit

Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner nos. 1 and 3, which are of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
