The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No.224 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the statement of the informant recorded in para-31 of the case diary in which informant Saiful Khatoon has retracted from the allegation made in the FIR and has clearly stated that the FIR was hurriedly lodged and later on, she came to know that her son had committed suicide and in the said incident the accused persons had no hand, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52251 of 2015 (3) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No.224 of 2015.
