The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17102/2020 and for extension of time to surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Excise Case No. 05/2011 to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-VII cum Special Judge, Excise, Aurangabad.

The order dated 12.06.2020 is modified to the extent indicated above.
