The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and later on added sections 306, 201 of the IPC.
Prosecution case relates to abduction of informant's daughter at the occasion of Holi. Informant has strong suspicion that his daughter was kidnapped for the purpose of marriage. It is further alleged that on 22.3.2022 dead body of her daughter was recovered who seems to be died due to Asphysia following strangulation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The

No.37254 of 2022(4) dt.13-02-2023 2/2 petitioner is the informant of this case who lodged this FIR and he has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of his self confessional statement which was manufactured by the police, which is not admissible in the eye of law. Except self confessional statement, there is no consistent material against the petitioner to implicated him in the present case. There is no eye witness of the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 24.3.2022.
Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 58 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Buxar.
