By the impugned order the court below has only directed that on the next date Pleader Commissioner's report and objection filed by the petitioner shall be considered. Therefore, by the impugned order dated 29.07.2015 passed by the learned Munsif Magistrate, Civil Court, Aurangabad in C.I.S. arising out of Title Suit No. 05 of 2004 has not decided the right of the party. In that view of the matter, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
