Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. Petitioner, who is in custody since 10.01.2021, seeks regular bail in connection with Choutarwa (Bathwariya) P.S. Case No. 530 of 2020 registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner as per the F.I.R. is of strangulating his wife which ultimately took her life. Considering the serious nature of allegation, without going into the merits of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, who is the husband of the deceased, at this
