This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 414 of the Penal Code and 30(iii) of the Ancient Monuments and Archeological Sites and Remains Act, 1958. It is submitted that there is one case against Gaurav Kumar Singh, which is a family dispute and no case is there against petitioner, Satto Paswan.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria. (Gopal Prasad, J) SA/- U √ T √
