Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner nos.1, 2 and 4, as they have already surrendered before the court below.
Permission is granted.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45897 of 2021(2) dt.18-04-2022 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail made through the instant application, on behalf of the petitioner no.1, 2 and 4 is dismissed as withdrawn.
Now, the present application is being heard for consideration of anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner no.3 only.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application as against petitioner no.3 also.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
However, petitioner no.3 is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, in accordance with law.
