2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 06.01.2024, seeks regular bail in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 107 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Unknown dacoits committed dacoity in the house of the informant and took away cash of Rs. 2,30,000/- and jewellery etc. During the dacoity, criminals also exploded bombs and made firing and one of the dacoits was being called Sigul. They have also assaulted the victim in the house.

4. There is a self inculpatory statement of the petitioner and he is accused in 12 more serious cases of similar

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
