JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-08-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents not to disturb the religious right of worshiping Vishhari Devi (Goddess of Venom Killer) by constructing a water tank within the plot of the goddess Vishhari Devi Mandir without proper approval and searching of alternative plots/land by the respondents only with a view to harass and humiliate the local residents who have great faith and belief in the Vishhari Devi under which they used to celebrate various functions throughout the year, but the respondent State

Patna High Court CWJC No.142 of 2021(4) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the water tank in question is being constructed for the benefit of the general public and the same is not going to in any way interfere with the faith and belief of the petitioner and others in worshiping the goddess in question, situated at Vishhari Devi Mandir, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his grievance before the appropriate Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty so sought is granted.
