The petitioners seek bail in connection with Nagar (Hajipur Town) P.S. Case No.188 of 2019 registered under Sections 379 and 414 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation, period already undergone by the petitioners in custody as under trial prisoner, the statement made in paragraph-3 of the application that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that no incriminating material was recovered from possession of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33681 of 2019(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Nagar (Hajipur Town) P.S. Case No.188 of 2019 subject to the following conditions:- (a) that the petitioners shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed, (b) that the petitioners shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case, and (c) that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
