Petitioner's counsel submits that in view of the long lapse of time, he doubts that his revision would be entertained. In view of the rival submissions and since the issue of alternative remedy of revision has been raised by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1288 of 2021(7) dt.23-06-2022 2/2 respondent-Union of India, this Court would direct that the petitioner's revision, if filed within four weeks, shall be considered on its merit without raising any issue of the same being barred by time.
