1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 325, 341, 354B, 308, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Sections 302, 313 of the I.P.C. were added.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated accused, Shobha Devi, had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 40408 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 20.08.2024. It is next submitted that the case of the petitioner is of similar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41602 of 2024(4) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 nature to that of the Shobha Devi. As such learned counsel for the petitioner submits that anticipatory bail be allowed.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

6. Consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below withing a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-V-cum-Sub Judge-VI, Supaul, Distt.-Supaul, in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 225 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The applications stands allowed.
