The petitioner is languishing in jail since 24.02.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 353, 307, 324 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that the informant received a secret information that the miscreants are assembled and raided the village and in the meantime other accused persons firing on the police personnel and sustained fire arm injury on his leg and the miscreants fled away from the place of occurrence. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36729 of 2015 (3) dt.06-10-2015 evidence against the petitioner. No specific injury has been attributed against the petitioner. The other co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr.Misc.No.33918 of 2015. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Kalpana Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S.Case No.120 of 2014, G.R.No.5589 of 2014.
