JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.130 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case 30 litres of country made liquor and 5.25 litres of foreign liquor was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners are in custody in this case since 14.04.2019.
