ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 19.02.2014 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sitamarhi in connection with Misc. Case No. 74 of 2011. The petitioner is not in a position to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs. 5000/- per month but he shall pay Rs. 1500/- per month.

The impugned order is modified to that extent without prejudice to the rights of the parties.

The court below is directed to pass final orders within a period of four months without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.
