The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khiri P.S. Case No.107 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and informant are Gotias and there was altercation between them on account of previous partition.

Considering the facts that petitioner and informant are Gotias and there is dispute over partition, this Court is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35146 of 2019(2) dt.28-05-2019 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Khiri P.S. Case No.107 of 2018.
