2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barahia P.S. Case No. 241 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the IPC.

3. It appears from the record that the petitioner has earlier moved for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 88677 of 2024 which was rejected vide order dated 08.01.2025 by this Court.

4. However, once the petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail application has been rejected, there is no occasion to entertain his second anticipatory bail application.

5. Hence, the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed accordingly.
